Confined Spaces: Developing Your Program and Defining Hazards

Developing a Confined Space Program can be daunting but it doesn’t have to be. We will help get you develop your confined space program, identify your confined spaces, and train your employees.
During this webinar we will discuss what you need to know about confined spaces. We will review the following:
- What is a confined space?
- Confined space hazards
- Identifying the differing types of confined spaces
- Basic air monitor use
This webinar will not make you compliant when it comes to confined spaces but it will help give you a baseline of where you can begin or what you should be looking for.
About the presenter: Adam Johnsen has served in safety roles for a variety of large infrastructure projects throughout the United States and abroad. He has earned the Certified Safety Professional designation from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, the Certified Playground Safety Inspector designation through the National Recreation and Park Association, and more. As the Pool’s Safety Management Consultant, he works with members to help script new best practices and procedures for possible safety exposures.
