A universal struggle of managers is how to motivate employees; sometimes we may feel unmotivated ourselves. In this one-hour course, we’ll discuss what it means to be motivated (and unmotivated) and strategies for energizing employees toward better performance.

Sylvette Wake, M.A. in Management and Leadership from Webster University. Sylvette is a certified executive and life coach. As the training advisor at State Compensation Insurance Fund, she designed customized live and virtual classes for diverse departments and facilitated leadership and on boarding
courses. Leveraging a background that includes managing international sporting events for the U.S Army in Berlin, Germany and directing non-profit organizations in India, Sylvette brings a wealth of leadership and organizational development experience along with unique perspectives to her highly interactive classes.
