About the Presenter: Tom Herrmann

Tom began working in safety and health with the federal government. Left the federal service for the private sector, with a local trade association of new vehicle dealers in late 1995. Immediately began working proactively with local, state, and federal agencies to provide the best counsel to the members. Provided safety inspections and management reviews (required paperwork) semi-annually to members along with in-house safety & health training, and emergency response. Developed electronic checklists to provide better reporting to members. In 2014 began my own safety consulting company, Small Business Safety & Compliance Company, LLC. (part-time in preparation for retirement in 2022) to provide safety & health services to independent repair facilities. Register now!
