About the Presenter:

Terri Bianco is a senior consultant with CPS HR Consulting and heads TBEnterprises in Sacramento. She has been a qualified trainer and coach in the public sector since 1998, honing her talents and programs in communication, collaborative teambuilding, employee engagement, management and leadership development and related spheres.

She has facilitated numerous leadership and teambuilding retreats for governing bodies and staff within cities, counties and state agencies throughout California. She has designed and developed training programs on Developing and Motivating Productive Teams; Collaborative Teams; Creating a Culture of Trust; Managing Virtual Workers, among many others.
