Accessibility Policy

The Colorado Special Districts Property and Liability Pool is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements, and channels of communication to all members of the public. We are working towards improving our website in compliance with HB21-1110. We have created an accessibility plan (open the accessibility plan PDF here) and are working towards implementing these changes by the July 2024 deadline set by HB21-1110.

Ongoing Compliance Information

Compliance Procedures and Reports

The Colorado Special Districts Property and Liability Pool regularly scans its website to ensure ongoing compliance and makes timely changes to any inaccessible items, if any are found. In our ongoing commitment to transparency, we make the last three months’ reports available to the public.
