About the Presenters:

Kyle Brown  has spent four years at Austin Powder Company as a Corporate Safety and Compliance Coordinator. He also spent one year with Gage Brothers Concrete Products as a Safety Coordinator where he created and implemented programs to reduce injuries and hazards in the workplace, conducted facility inspections, and lead company safety trainings. His knowledge of regulatory compliance and program development is a key asset to the CSD Pool's Safety and Loss Prevention team.

Lei Shi is the CSD Pool's Strategic Risk Programs Advisor. With years of underwriting experience, he is always well-informed about issues that special districts face on a day-to-day basis.
