Our Property program covers district assets from direct physical loss or damage.
  • Damage to the district’s scheduled structures
  • Damage to the district’s scheduled contents, equipment, records, inventory, etc.

  • Own the building(s) they occupy
  • Use their own furniture in a leased office space
  • Rely on revenue from their business operations

A district’s facilities are damaged in a severe regional flood. Access to their facility is limited.
  • Damage to the district’s scheduled flood-damaged structures
  • Clean up of their grounds and facilities regardless of the source of the debris

  • Damage or losses involving equipment that generates, transmits, or utilizes energy
  • Damage or losses involving data processing equipment
  • Districts that own equipment that generates, transmits, or utilizes electricity (HVAC, boilers, pumps, etc.)
  • Districts that own electronic equipment that processes data (servers, computers, etc.)

An unexpected electrical short damages a building’s HVAC system.
  • Damage to the district’s scheduled equipment
  • Any food or perishable goods spoiled due to lack of refrigeration or climate control
