The CSD Pool provides a $250,000 limit per occurrence to all members with scheduled property; however, higher limits are available and completing this worksheet will assist you in determining the appropriate amount for your district.

Property & Liability
- September: Renewal Opens – Email invitation sent to members from notifications@csdpool.org. Reminders will be emailed periodically.
- September: Issuance of 2026 coverage documents to Small Districts – Members with minimum contributions for Liability and Crime (no Property exposures).
- September: Underground tank applications emailed – Applicable members will be emailed an application to complete and return with a new Tank Certification Report.
- 10/01: Issuance of 2026 coverage documents – Processed on a first in / first out basis from the date your complete submission was received.
- 11/01: Renewal website closes – All non-responders will have a 10% surcharge applied to their contribution and 2026 coverage documents will be automatically issued and emailed.
- 12/01: Coverage Documents for 2026 will be posted to CSD Pool website
- Week of 12/08: Auto ID cards will be mailed to members
- Week of 12/08: Certificates (hard-copies) will be mailed to certificate holders
- 01/30: Intent to cancel notices issues for non-payment – non-deferred districts only
- 03/02: Intent to cancel notices issues for non-payment – deferred districts only
- 03/02: Issue cancellation notices for non-payment – non-deferred districts only
- 03/30: Last day to reinstate coverage if cancelled for non-payment – non-deferred districts only
- 03/31: Issue cancellation notices for non-payment – deferred districts only
- 04/30: Last day to reinstate coverage if cancelled for non-payment – deferred districts only
Workers’ Compensation*
*Applies to Non-Board Member Coverage Renewal Only
- By September 12: Renewal opens – Email invitation sent to members and brokers from notifications@csdpool.org. Reminders will be emailed periodically.
- Early October: Begin issuing renewal coverage documents
- 10/17: Renewal updates due
- 12/01: Renewal closes – 10% surcharge applied on payroll for non-responders
- Late December: Certificates (hard-copies) will be mailed to certificate holders by mail
- 01/09: Payment must be received by this date to take advantage of Early Pay Discount
- 01/30: Intent to cancel notices issued for non-payment
- 03/02: Cancellation notices issued for non-payment
- 03/30: Last day to reinstate coverage if cancelled for non-payment
