Members of the CSD Pool have complimentary access to Vector Solutions’ learning management system (LMS) and a catalogue of over 700 courses. Each year, we have more than 7,000 users complete a course in Vector Solutions. In conclusion, this amounts to over 20,000 courses completed!

Training Credit
We understand that training is the backbone of good safety habits, and as a result we want to reward districts that emphasize training for their employees. Many of these courses are applicable for our Training Credit Program, which consequently gives districts a discount on their Liability contributions depending on the percentage of employees who complete an eligible course.

In 2022, 88 districts participated in the Training Credit Program. As a result, 62 districts received a full discount of 10%, and five districts received a 5% discount off their contribution.
